Shai Bakal is a partner in Arnon, Tadmor‑Levy’s Competition/Antitrust group in Israel, advising and representing clients on all areas of antitrust law and regulation, including complex mergers, joint ventures, restrictive trade practices, abuse of dominance, antitrust compliance programs and competition litigation (including class actions). He previously practiced in the legal department of the ICA (2002–2007), where he headed the mergers team and worked on food sector, retailing and intellectual property matters.
