Yaniv Chajmovic advises general partners, fund sponsors and limited partners on the formation of venture capital, private equity and other funds, on investments into such funds, and provides ongoing counsel to funds and their investors. He also represents Israeli and international VC/PE funds in investments and advises companies from formation through commercial development to exit; he previously advised banks and financial institutions at another leading Israeli law firm and served six years as a legal advisor and prosecutor in the Israel Defense Force’s Military Advocate General Corps.
