Partner in the HighTech practice at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, Daniel Damboritz represents publicly traded companies, emerging and established companies and Israeli and foreign venture capital funds on private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnerships, joint ventures, technology transactions and commercial agreements. He earned his law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2007, was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2009, joined the firm in 2009 and became partner in 2019.
