Ofir Levy is a partner in the tax practice who advises Israeli and foreign clients on tax-efficient transaction structures, tax rulings and representations before the Israeli Tax Authority (ITA) and Israeli courts. He previously served as partner and Head of the Tax Department at M. Seligman & Co. and from 2003–2010 worked at the Israeli State Revenue Administration as Head of the International Taxation Department and Senior Professional Advisor to the State Revenue Director.
