
Tal Gellerman
Ms. Tal Gellerman is a senior associate in the Corporate Department, where she provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on hi-tech, venture capital and private equity financing, technology and life sciences, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gellerman clerked for the Hon. Justice Meni Mazuz of the Israel Supreme Court. During her studies, Ms. Gellerman served as a research assistant to Prof. Uriel Procaccia in the field of Corporate Governance and to Prof. Roy Kreitner in the field of Regulatory Economics at Tel Aviv University, Faculty of Law.
