Asaf Gabay
Mr. Gabay is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department, where he advises various foreign and Israeli venture capital and private equity funds, strategic investors and buyers with respect to their acquisitions and investments in Israel. In addition, Mr. Gabay provides day-to-day general counseling to startup and mature technology & life science companies in diverse corporate and commercial matters, and has been involved in numerous complex international and domestic transactions; including equity investments, debt financing, venture lending, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and other corporate matters.
