Mr. Peled is a partner in FBC’s Tax practice. His practice focuses on international tax matters, and regularly advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, reorganizations, and financing. Mr. Peled represents private clients in developing and implementing sophisticated domestic and international tax and estate plans and advises on the tax aspects of trusts. Before joining FBC, Mr. Peled spent three years working as a tax lawyer in the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP, and prior to that worked as a CPA at Deloitte Israel.
