FBC - Efrat Sharon Ms. Sharon is a partner in FBC’s Real Estate Department, where her practice concentrates on planning & zoning matters. Ms. Sharon's practice handles the initiation, promotion and support of major city planning. Her practice supports its clients in each stage of the planning approval process, starting from the initial and conceptual stages of the plans, through the promotion of the plans in the various planning committees, and culminating in the actual construction phase.
