Ran Vishnievsky

Mr. Vishnievsky is a senior associate in FBC’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Vishnievsky advises clients on various real estate projects. His practice concentrates on residential, offices and commercial projects, including large-scale purchase groups and the representation of entrepreneurs. Mr. Vishnievsky advises on all aspects of initiating and establishing residential and commercial projects, including planning the outline of the acquisition; financing the acquisition and establishing the project; managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors, service providers and financial institutions; consulting on relations with municipal councils and planning authorities and real estate taxation.
