Tal Wiesengrun

Ms. Wiesengrun is a partner in FBC's Litigation Department. Ms. Wiesengrun specializes in class actions and derivative suits, and represents leading multinational and domestic companies in their defenses against class actions. She represents major clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, banking and energy. Due to her extensive experience in the class actions field, Ms. Wiesengrun also serves as a mediator in complex class actions disputes. Ms. Wiesengrun also advises and represents individuals and companies in complex disputes that relate to issues of contract and corporate law, tax, real estate, and construction. Ms. Wiesengrun represents clients before various Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
