Mr. Wienburg is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department. Mr. Wienburg's practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the legal aspects of the operations of high-tech and life sciences companies, including the licensing and sale of technology and a broad spectrum of commercial transactions. Mr. Wienburg has extensive experience in representing life science, alternative energy and technology companies, both in Israel and abroad.
