
Eran Yaniv
Mr. Yaniv is co-head of FBC’s Hi-Tech Department and a partner in the firm's Corporate Department, and acts for clients in a variety of cross-border corporate transactions with an emphasis on technology, life sciences and venture capital investments. Mr. Yaniv has a particular expertise in hi-tech and complex international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Mr. Yaniv is also involved in the structuring and representation of venture capital, mezzanine, and hedge funds operating in Israel and the United States, and has significant experience in restructuring, debt financing, and spin-offs. He regularly advises public and private companies on strategic collaborations, technology licensing, and securities issuances. Mr. Yaniv was named one of the 100 most influential figures in Israeli hi-tech by Geektime.
