Itay Zemel
Mr. Zemel is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department. Mr. Zemel specializes in various aspects of real estate Law, including real estate taxation as well as planning and zoning. Throughout his work on numerous diverse transactions, Mr. Zemel has acquired extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, purchase groups, and tenders, including under the government subsidized apartment price program, and has also represented clients in the financing of these projects. Based on his comprehensive experience, Mr. Zemel advises clients through all stages of real estate transactions including due diligence, tax planning, and financing. Mr. Zemel also advises his clients during execution of the project, including in marketing, registration of the property, and parcelization procedures.
