Ido Gonen is a Partner and Vice Head of the Corporate, Finance and Infrastructure Department at Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co., advising on complex commercial transactions including private and public capital raising, securities and stock market laws, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and finance transactions. He has extensive experience establishing private and public investment funds and REITs, advises public companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, and has led several complex capital-raising processes each estimated at one billion ILS.
