Chen Manzur is a partner at Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co. in the International and Hi‑Tech Department, advising Israeli and international technology companies, venture capital funds, investment banks and global corporates on cross-border M&A, venture capital and finance, commercial and technology transactions, and serving as special investigative counsel to corporate audit committees. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at Tel‑Aviv University Faculty of Law, joined the firm in 2008, and is ranked by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 among Israel's leading M&A and hi‑tech/startup lawyers.
