Roy Reiss is a partner and Head of Corporate Governance for Financial Institutions Practice at Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co., advising publicly traded companies, banks, investment houses and insurance companies on corporate governance, capital markets and financial regulation, and advising on financing and M&A transactions. He previously served for more than five years with the Military Advocate General of the IDF, holding roles including legal assistant to the Military Advocate General and legal advisor in the Advisory and Legislation Department and to the Homefront Command.
