Ariel Rosenberg is Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance Practice at Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co., advising on domestic and international financing transactions, corporate and project finance (notably in energy, infrastructure and real estate) and on regulatory aspects of banking and financial services. He also advises banks, credit card issuers, regulators and non-profits, is joint editor of the Corporate Law Review (finance section) and was a legal advisor at WilmerHale in New York from 2006 to 2007.
