Adar Bengom is a partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Intellectual Property practice, focusing on IP transactions, licensing, contentious matters and client counselling, including leading IP due diligence in cross-border mergers, asset acquisitions and investments and drafting and negotiating complex license and commercial agreements. She manages trademark, patent and breeders' rights portfolios, advises on copyrights, trade secrets, domain names and computer law, and previously handled IP aspects of transactions and IPOs at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
