Yuval Meidar is a Partner at Herzog Fox & Neeman who focuses on domestic and international cross-border mergers and acquisitions and represents high‑tech companies (early‑stage, mature and public) in corporate, investment and securities matters, including corporate governance and shareholder affairs. He has extensive experience representing VCs, equity funds and other investors, served as Vice President and General Counsel of Varonis Systems (2007–2012 and 2020–2021), previously worked as a foreign associate in Skadden's M&A department (New York) and as a corporate attorney at Naschitz Brandes Amir, and has advised on major transactions including Nvidia's acquisition of Mellanox Technologies and other notable cross‑border M&A deals.
