Daniel Reisner is a Partner at Herzog Fox & Neeman, joining the firm in 2008 as its Public International Law, Defence and Homeland Security partner. He is widely recognised as a leading public international law expert following a 19-year government career, during which he served as a senior member of Israel's peace delegations from 1994 (advising multiple prime ministers) and as Head of the Israel Defence Force’s International Law Department (1995–2004); he subsequently ran a private practice focused on defence and homeland security projects before merging into Herzog.
