Shlomi Delgo is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co in Israel, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions with particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, real estate, construction, energy and infrastructure, insolvency, and tenders/government procurement. He represents financial institutions, multinationals, public and private companies, non-profit organizations, and investment funds; he joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2006 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007.
