Ron Abelski is a Partner and co-head of ERM’s M&A & Private Equity practice in Israel, advising Israeli and international clients on high-value mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and cross-border corporate transactions with a focus on high-tech and healthcare. He also leads ERM’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice and the firm’s German desk, and represents institutional investors, private equity funds, multinational corporations, family offices and technology businesses.
