Gilad Maoz is a co-founding partner of Epstein Rosenblum Maoz and co-head of the firm’s Real Estate & Leisure Department, advising on complex real estate transactions with particular expertise in hospitality and high-value deals. He represents public and private companies, developers, investment funds and financial institutions on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, joint ventures and real estate finance matters, and regularly acts as a mediator and arbitrator in real estate-related disputes.
