Partner and Head of ERM’s Employment & Benefits Department, advising Israeli and international clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including executive employment, compensation arrangements, workplace policies, restructurings, terminations, labour litigation and the employment aspects of cross-border and transactional matters. She has particular experience in complex and sensitive employment matters — including senior executive issues, workplace investigations, harassment claims, employee privacy, collective labour relations and strategic disputes before the Israeli labour courts — and advises on employment-related implications of artificial intelligence.
