Yoav Zahavi is a partner and co-head of ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department, advising on complex real estate transactions with particular expertise in urban renewal, purchasing groups and large-scale development projects. He represents developers, landowners, public companies and financial institutions and provides legal support across acquisition, planning, financing, construction, delivery and registration stages.
