Eddie specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on international energy projects and transactions, oil and natural gas E&P projects and related regulatory issues. Eddie has in-depth knowledge of sector-specific regulatory regimes, notably in the areas of oil and gas and natural resources, and was involved in Israel's largest domestic and international gas sale transactions. He hold significant experience in midstream projects, particularly pipeline transportation and distribution, cross-border transportation, offshore operations and natural gas marketing. Eddie also advises leading renewable energy companies in large-scale commercial transactions and projects in Israel and abroad.
