Head of the Capital Markets and Securities department, Uri Rosenberg brings clients a wealth of experience in capital markets and securities issues, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in a career spanning more than 25 years. These clients include major players in the oil and gas, fuel, automotive and financial industries.
