
Daniel Sekel
Partner Daniel Sekel specializes in commercial law with a particular emphasis on companies in the life sciences sector, including the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical devices fields. Daniel has comprehensive experience advising these companies throughout each stage of their development, from the initial research stage and seed funding, through commercial development and distribution, to acquisition or initial public offering and beyond. His extensive roster comprises clients of different sizes and industries, ranging from start-ups to established public companies, as well as some of Israel's largest enterprises, universities, hospitals and research institutions. He also acts for a range of investors including angel investors, funds and technology incubators.
