Gil represents insurance companies in Israel and worldwide, providing litigation advice for cases in various jurisdictions, including the US, UK, Australia, Russia, Denmark, Italy, and the Netherlands. He also advises commercial companies on tort and insurance claims. Notable accomplishments include successfully managing the largest toxic tort case in Israeli history, handling claims related to major incidents such as floods, fires, and accidents, and dealing with multinational product liability claims like silicosis and asbestos claims. Additionally, Gil has significant experience in sports law. He serves as an arbitrator in the prestigious Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland and acts as a legal advisor to the Olympic Committee of Israel and other sports organizations.
