Golan Kaneti, head of the firm's Antitrust & Competition Practice, has unique expertise in competition, anti-trust and administrative law, as well as vast experience in both civil and criminal litigation (as a prosecutor) in antitrust law cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kaneti clerked for Justice A. Procaccia of the Supreme Court of Israel and worked for the legal department of the IAA, the Israeli Antitrust Authority (2001-2010). During this time, he was appointed section chief in charge of various departments (including transportation, health care, low-tech, tourism, and real estate), Head of Enforcement and Compliance within the legal department of the IAA, and was also the contact person for the corporate implementation of the internal compliance program dictated by the Restrictive Trade Practices Law. · Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co.
