With over 25 years of legal experience, Misha brings deep expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment transactions, both in Israel and internationally. He advises private equity and venture capital funds, as well as institutional investors, across a wide range of complex transactions. In addition, Misha counsels companies from various sectors, providing strategic legal advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial activity. He has particular expertise in advising startups at all stages of growth, with an emphasis on navigating the challenges of private and public fundraising. Misha's legal insight is enhanced by his background in senior management roles within an investment and public holding company, as well as his experience serving as a director in both private and public corporations.
