Zvi possesses extensive experience in Israel and in the United States, representing corporations and individuals in various aspects of their operations, mainly in the areas of financial regulation, securities, capital markets and international litigation. Over more than 20 years of practice in the fields of financial regulations and enforcement, Zvi has earned a distinguished reputation for representing clients before regulatory authorities on securities law and financial regulation matters.
