
Gal Rozent
Gal Rozent heads Barnea Jaffa Lande’s Antitrust and Competition Department. With decades of experience, Gal represents the firm’s clients before the Director-General of Competition (formerly the Director-General of Antitrust), the Israeli Competition Tribunal, and all levels of courts—criminal, civil, and administrative—in both competition law matters and related legal proceedings. He also represents clients in regulatory and legislative processes, including appearances before Knesset committees and government ministries. Gal advises leading global and domestic companies across various industries, as well as public institutions, and frequently collaborates with top international law firms as part of his practice. He provides legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, concentration groups, monopolies, restrictive arrangements, administrative inquiries and criminal investigations conducted by the Competition Authority, administrative and criminal hearings, the implementation of internal compliance programs, and more.
