Yuval Horn is Chair of the Technology & Life Sciences Practice at Gornitzky & Co., advising high-tech and life sciences companies on international transactions including M&A, public offerings, initial coin offerings, structured finance, corporate reorganizations and technology licensing. He founded Horn & Co. Law Offices, is active in the IBA Technology Law Committee and Sheba Medical Center committees, and teaches a course on legal aspects of founding and managing healthcare companies at Tel Aviv University.
