Partner and Chairman of the Steering Committee at Gornitzky & Co. with a broad commercial practice and significant experience in large infrastructure and project-finance matters, including leading counsel roles for the Cross Israel Highway and the Tel Aviv Light Railway and leading an international consortium on the Ashkelon desalination project (approx. $300 million). He joined Gornitzky & Co. in 1978, became a partner in 1981 and served as managing partner from 1991 to 2017; earlier he served in the Military Advocate-General Unit of the Israel Defense Forces (1970–1975) and worked as an associate in New York (1975–1978).
