Hedva Cohen-Haramaty is a partner at Firon Law Firm, focusing on commercial litigation. Hedva has over 15 years of extensive experience in representing clients before all court instances, including the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She handles disputes pertaining to all legal disciplines, and over the years has successfully handled complex commercial and administrative claims of great significance, both legal and commercial. She also handles criminal suits in the field of business licenses. Hedva is uniquely specialized in claims relating to financial law, capital markets, real estate and labor law. She has accrued dozens of appearances before the financial department of the District Court, and daily engages in litigation pertaining to securities, finance and banking law, as well as in capital reductions and company revivals. Her clientele includes some of the largest and most prominent companies in Israel, among them hotel chains, construction companies, financial institutions, trade and distribution companies and more.
