Or Levy is a partner in the firm’s labor law department. Or Levy interned and practiced as a lawyer since 2008, in the law firm of Tamar Golan & Co. which merged with our firm in January 2017. Or has developed extensive expertise and experience in all aspects of labor law. Or has extensive experience in the management of negotiations of collective bargaining agreements. Among other things, she has represented Israel’s Transportation Company in prolonged negotiations toward signing a general collective agreement. Or has also represented the organization in the process of extending the collective bargaining agreement into an extension order. Or was also involved in proceedings regarding injunction aimed at preventing strikes in the workplace in the health sector. Additionally, Or has expertise in the field of pension and social benefits. Or also provides on-going consultation to employers with regard to re-organization processes, sexual harassment and maltreatment and abuse in the workplace. Or has vast experience in criminal and administrative proceedings brought up against employers by the Ministry of Labour and Social Services. She has extensive experience in all aspects of labor law, including collective bargaining, pensions and social benefits, employer-side litigation and regulatory matters, and provides ongoing counsel to employers across multiple sectors.
