Lior Dagan is the leading partner and head of FWMK’s Insolvency and Restructurings Department with more than 20 years' experience in complex litigation and insolvency matters, acting both as an officer of the procedure (liquidator, trustee, receiver, special manager) and as counsel for creditors, including cross-border proceedings. He has particular experience planning, approving and managing complex creditors' settlements for public companies and in handling insolvency matters involving high‑tech, start‑ups and sports associations.
