Amy has extensive experience structuring, organizing, and representing a diverse range of private investment funds and other investment vehicles, across a broad range of industries. She provides fund managers ongoing advice on all aspects of fund formation, as well as day-to-day operations. In addition, Amy advises institutional investors with respect to their fund investment activities. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Amy was a member of the fund formation team at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. Originally from New York, Amy has been based out of Tel Aviv since 2010.
