Sam Hallahan is a Junior Counsel at 5 Wentworth Chambers in Australia, experienced in commercial litigation with particular expertise in intellectual property. Before coming to the Bar he practised for seven years as a solicitor in IP and general commercial litigation (including matters for large pharmaceutical and commercial clients); at the Bar he has appeared in first instance and appeal proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Local Court of New South Wales, the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and in opposition proceedings at IP Australia, and he accepts briefs in all types of commercial matters.
