Mark Crosbie is a partner in MinterEllisonRuddWatts' Construction and Infrastructure team, specialising in large-scale and complex property, construction and development projects and providing commercial and strategic advice on project structuring, funding, procurement, regulatory compliance and project documentation. He acts primarily for owners, developers, investors and funders (and some contractors) across sectors including large-scale residential, shopping centres, hospitals, retirement villages, office/commercial, heritage and technology, and is a member of the Society of Construction Law New Zealand and Property Council New Zealand.
