Partner at MinterEllisonRuddWatts based in New Zealand, Sarah Sinclair is a construction, infrastructure and energy specialist advising government and private clients on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, procurement, funding models, programme delivery and contracting structures. She leads the firm’s roles on programmes including the Three Waters Reform, Light Rail, City Rail Link and Christchurch Anchor Projects, has acted on all New Zealand PPPs and has advised on renewable energy and upstream oil and gas projects; she has also held leadership roles such as sitting on the inaugural board of the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission, Te Waihanga.
