One of Australia’s leading experts in intellectual property, information technology and franchising, she advises major Australian and international companies on protection, maintenance and commercialisation of proprietary knowledge, technology licensing, major procurement and outsourcing arrangements, and advertising/marketing and contractual matters; she is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand, sits on the Advertising Standards Board Panel and is a guest lecturer at the University of New South Wales.
