
Nicholas Studdert
Nicholas is a highly experienced lawyer who has concentrated on insurance law, particularly claims under the NSW statutory classes of insurance, for more than 20 years. He is the service line leader for our NSW workers' compensation practice. Nicholas advises insurers on the management of claims and liability disputes and helps them to develop and implement strategies to respond to these issues. He regularly appears in the NSW Personal Injury Commission, District Court and Supreme Courts, including at the appellant level. Nicholas works with a large number of insurers and employers and is regularly involved in training and educating his clients on a range of topics and is the co-author of the LexisNexis practical guidance for NSW work injury damages claims. Nicholas was listed as a leading workers' compensation lawyer in NSW in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession from 2020-2022.
