Erich Bachmann
Erich is a consultant in our Corporate and Commercial team, bringing over 40 years of experience in advising on business agreements and transactions. After serving as a Partner for 37 years including 22 years as Managing Partner, Erich continues to provide specialist expertise in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, commercial contracts and regulatory approvals. He is widely recognised for his clear, commercially focused advice on complex domestic and international matters. Erich is the immediate past president and a board member of the German-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (GNZCC), the biggest bilateral European Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand. He is also the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Auckland.
