Virginia Briggs is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of MinterEllison, Australia’s largest law firm, responsible for the firm’s strategy with a focus on inclusive culture, being purpose‑led, delivering sustainable value to clients, and supporting the community. She holds a range of external leadership and advocacy roles (including with Chief Executive Women and the Property Industry Foundation), is a Champion of Change, has served on boards such as the Property Council of Australia and the Committee for Sydney, and within MinterEllison chairs/participates in the Reconciliation Action Plan and Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committees and is executive sponsor of the firm’s LGBTQ+ network PRIME.
