Sally McKechnie is a partner at Simpson Grierson who founded and leads the firm's public law and government practice, acting as a leading public law and regulatory adviser and litigator. She has extensive trial and appellate experience (including appearances in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and Employment Court), handles judicial review, regulatory disputes, injunctions and public-law aspects of employment law, and previously served as Crown Counsel at Crown Law before joining Simpson Grierson in May 2017.
