
Jason Rudkin-Binks
Jason is a leading practitioner with over 25 years of multi-jurisdictional experience within his specialist area of trade marks and branding. His expertise covers related aspects of intellectual property (e.g. copyright, designs, passing off, Fair Trading Act issues, anti-counterfeiting) but his passion lies in brand strategy, brand development, brand protection and commercialisation. Jason acts for a wide range of clients across many different types of industry (for instance those involved in SaaS, technology, fashion, insurance, pharmaceuticals, food and FMCG), including many well known New Zealand brands.
