Andy is a consultant in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Group. Andy advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, through conciliation, mediation and arbitration, as well as through traditional litigation. He specialises in advising on disputes relating to competition/anti-trust matters, data and privacy, professional negligence, banking and financial services, company acquisitions/sales and joint ventures, commercial contracts and insurance and reinsurance contracts. He has extensive experience in both international and domestic commercial arbitration, including under the UNCITRAL, ICC, AAA and LCIA Rules.
