Siobhan McBean
Siobhán is a Partner in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. Siobhán advises on all legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment, structuring and ongoing regulation of investment funds and fund managers in Ireland. Siobhán has extensive experience advising a variety of fund structures and asset classes, including UCITS, QIAIFs, ICAVs, hedge funds, property and real estate funds, loan origination funds, money market funds, fund of funds and private equity funds, as well as advising on a number of cross-border and domestic fund merger transactions.
